F-Stop strongly suggest to bring your equipment to fully test an item/s before buying. This is to avoid inconvenience in returning back if it doesn't fit or it is not compatible. Also please inform us ahead of time if an item is defective.
Return is accepted for defective items only. Customers has up to 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange for another item or a full refund.
For film cameras, all film cameras are not film tested. So may sure to test it during the warranty period and if deffective we will accept the return or refund. After the 14 days warranty no exchange or refund will be accepted. Hope customers should fully understand this. As a reseller, I am buying my stuffs to private seller and not getting a warranty at all. But in the history of selling these film cameras I am giving a 14 days warranty for the customer to fully test the film camera they are buying. If you did not test the camera during the warranty period and a deffect occur that warranty has lapsed and no exchange or refund is to be accepted.
After the 14 days period F-Stop will no longer accept the return. Or customer will be charge for penalty (rental fees). Please see penalty (rental rates):
For items below CAD100.00, first day should be 15% of the item value plus CAD2.00 for the extra days.
For items value CAD100.00 to CAD200.00, first day should be 20% of the item value plus CAD2.50 for the extra days.
For items value CAD201.00 to CAD300.00, first day should be 25% of the item value plus CAD3.00 for the extra days.
For items value CAD301.00 to CAD400.00, first day should be 30% of the item value plus CAD3.50 for the extra days.
For items value CAD401.00 to CAD500.00, first day should be 35% of the item value plus CAD4.00 for the extra days.
Used items are on consignment basis and only allows 7 days to return if it is defective. Full refund will be given. After the 7 days period, returns will not be accepted.
F-Stop will not be held liable for any malfunctions or damages to your equipment for the use of aftermarket accessories. Buyers should bear the risk, do research and read some reviews on the products before purchasing.
